Deposits will not be refundable in the event of a cancellation outside of the periods stipulated below or in the event of non-arrival.
Dinner must be booked 24hours in advance @ R120p/person

Cancellation prior to arrival

Less than 7 days, forfeit the full deposit.
From 7-14 Days forfeit 75% of the deposit
From 14-21 days forfeit 50%of the deposi

Quotations are valid for a period of 24Hrs from date sent. However, availability of the accommodation will not be confirmed until we receive the deposit.
